
Healing Yoga is focused on listening to the body instead of imposing onto the body as you approach and work in postures. placing emphasis on the energy body as well as the physical needs, stillness and theory to understand more and feel deeply. Both focuses on a person’s entire needs, rather than solely on the physical practice of yoga. The student learns to integrate the yoga practiced on the mat to benefit his or her daily life, thus creating a lifestyle.
