I attended the beginners four week course in yoga and found it very enjoyable. As someone who is very interested in inner development but new to yoga, I felt that the course was simple enough to understand yet really captured the essence of meditative practice. Despite being part of a class, Wai made it feel very personal by advising us to focus on our own personal journey through yoga and to recognise one’s own unique flow. I feel that the course has given me a good platform to continue to build on my personal practice. I would definitely recommend it!

I have never learnt yoga before and this course seems to be a great place to start with. I don’t have to worry about how I look and compare myself to others in class since we are all beginners, we are always given easier versions to choose from and steps are easy to follow. It really helps me to release stress and to be more flexible. I would recommend yoga with Wai. Thanks Wai 🙂
