Chair Yoga is a gentle form of exercise suitable for nearly everyone. There is no yoga mat involved and no sitting or lying down on the floor. In Chair Yoga it is all about looking after our precious bodies, so the mind can be happy and the soul can feel free! For some classes, we can mix standing and sitting depending on the needs and ability. Chair yoga with Wai Chung was developed through her personal journey of injury and limitation period. As she knows first hand, how it feels on the journey with this body and mind, consideration and kind gentle awareness is practiced with the participants.
