Why is the yoga course more demanding than other yoga classes?
Teacher Wai Chung has a vision to help improve the life of those who join her yoga courses. And to build a local yoga community who have the integrity and similar vision. ‘Inspiring Life through the body mind and breath’.
We have noticed through the years that those who have a regular weekly to even more often practises, benefit the most and stay healthy physically and mentally when times get hard. Like preparing for a marathon, training is required on a daily basis, in preparation of the big day. But Yoga and the vision of Wai is Not only for one race, but for a every race through a lifetime.
