A heart felt day for us to enjoy different aspects of yoga including; a 40 minutes physical yoga flow moving into 15 minutes of stillness meditation. We will explore Sound vibration and Mantra chanting to raise the energy, open the heart and liberate the mind.
After a shared vegetarian pot luck. We will take a walk in the new forest which provides an enchanting feeling to have absorb the fresh air and well come the Spring season.

Bring: Feel free to bring a humble sharing of home made vegetarian food. Waterproofs, wellies, hat, warm clothing, blanket and anything to make you comfortable and relaxed. Bring your smile, open heart and willingness.
Provided: we will have a hall space with toilet facilities, kitchen to heat up food like soup, tea coffee & hot water, table and chairs. Yoga mat, but feel free to bring your own.
Travel: bus no.6 from Southampton central train station goes to Lyndhurst town which takes about 30 minutes, then it’s a 15-20 walk to Emery Down Village Hall. Or you can take the bicycle on the train and cycle from Lyndhurst train station which is a nice countryside ride. Driving from Southampton City Centre takes about 30 minutes.
*Lift share: Reduce carbon footprint and share like a community. If you can offer a lift to and from the venue, please let me know and petrol can be shared.
- Please note we all help out with the setting up, washing up after using plates etc. We have found that this brings everyone together sharing the joy of Karma Yoga (Service/Action) and everyone has enjoyed the past events asking for the next one!
