The Yoga Courses provides a systematic practise of yoga postures, breathing exercises, theory, guided relaxation and transforming into stillness meditation. You gradually build a stronger foundation as you deepen the benefits of practise.
Yoga provides the tools for your inner cultivation and development. Boosts the energy flow in a sustainable state, promotes ease in movement. It provides practical ways to overcome problems instead of escaping from them. Calming the mind and getting out of the head into a more grounded relaxed state.
Breathe, release tension and move with ease.. connect within to your core essence… move easy, flow with your natural rhythm… Journey from your skin, bones to muscles, return to your inner teacher and let yoga move you!
Wai’s extensive experience and knowledge of Yoga comes from training with various teachers and maintaining professional standards with ‘The British Wheel of Yoga’ and ‘REPS’ (Registered Exercise Professionals).
