
Wai’s extensive experience and knowledge of Yoga comes from over 15 years of personal experience, training with various teachers and maintaining professional standards with The British Wheel of Yoga, CIMPSA & REPS (Registered Exercise Professionals).
Wai started her spiritual journey at the age of 16 when she first joined the Buddhist order. Meditating and chanting from the age of 16, she lives her teachings in day to day life. Yoga found Wai in 2001, which lead her to Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga as part of The British Wheel of Yoga.
Years of practice and learning on far away journeys led her to go deeper; she travelled India and South East Asia practising Yoga and Buddhism with teachers, nuns, monks in a monastery and in ashrams. This led her home to her heart, she now teaches from her current life time of knowledge and skills to inspire your journey of self-enquiry and to shine your truth in the here and now.
She has developed her unique style and teaches an intuitive flow and Yin Yoga maintaining the integrity of traditional yoga, depth of being to shine the pulse of yoga to different needs and backgrounds. She understands the balance of life and the connection with being real and down to earth with a light hearted relaxed attitude, creating a welcoming and joyful connection to those who practice and share time with her.
