As someone who is very interested in inner development but new to yoga, I felt that the course was simple enough to understand yet really captured the essence of meditative practice. Despite being part of a class, Wai made it feel very personal by advising us to focus on our own personal journey through yoga and to recognise one's own unique flow. I feel that the course has given me a good platform to continue to build on my personal practice. I would definitely recommend it! |

After running the ‘BathHalf’ this year I was aching all over, but after the Wednesday night class my legs felt as good as new. Wai isn't like some instructors that think everyone should be able to bend in half, she really understands and appreciates how individual people are in terms of their flexibility and injuries. I never feel any pressure and therefore can just enjoy the practice. Whether you are a runner or not, I would highly recommend this class. |
