We complete the with yoga session with a gentle Mini Massage from Wai for the release of tension in the shoulders, neck and face. Bhanu will also be supporting the Yoga session with his soothing sound vibrations to really spoil you.


We love sharing yummy healthy food to continue the high vibration, We will supply Dahl & Dessert for the bring n share vegan dinner. Simply bring something vegan to complement the meal.
Why vegan & what is Vegan food?
For Spring time, it is a good idea to detox and purify the system to encourage letting go of toxins in the body which cause low in energy and illness.

6:30pm: Karma Community Yoga (clean and tidy up together)
