Mindfulness Meditation Day Retreat in the New Forest

This day retreat is mainly held in silence, this creates space for deepening the practice from your course and to experience some new experiences.
You will sit for 20 minute sessions in both guided meditation and silence. You will be guided on a silent mindful walk in the New Forest in nature. We will share food afterwards, so feel free to bring something to share.
Those who have participated in other courses of Mindfulness Meditation is welcome to join us.
