* You do not need a partner for this workshop; we will team up in pairs. Let’s assist each other and ease into a space of Bliss, with the Lazy Yoga.
The Workshop:
We will start with a guided meditation into gentle rise and shine yoga to prepare the body to give and receive. Yoga mantra chanting will soothe the throat chakra and start the day with spiritual expression.
In pairs you will learn a Beginners Thai Massage to help ease shoulder and neck tension, release back aches and soothe the legs from a week of dancing and movement.
You will go home with a simple yet practical skills that your friends and family would love you even more!

What happens during a Thai massage?
Thai Massage Is performed wearing clothing, lying on the floor or on a mat. Using a combination of massage, gentle yoga stretching, acupressure and reflexology to stimulate & balance the flow of energy around the body and thereby encouraging self-healing.
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow/cushion, Water to stay hydrated.
What to wear: Loose comfortable clothing so you can move freely. As the weather in Corfu is hot, cotton fabric is recommended.
