Corfu Yoga Holiday Cancellation Policy 2018:
In order to cancel your Corfu Yoga Holiday, you must notify Wai Chung Yoga.
Cancellation by 18th March: £200 cancellation fee
Cancellation after 18th March: no refund.
Important: If you are confirmed on the Corfu Yoga Holiday and your fee payment is not received by the dates listed dates, Wai Chung Yoga reserves the right to cancel your holiday attendance. Deposits in this case will NOT be refundable. Final payments to be received by 18 March 2018. Bookings from 19th March 2018 must pay full amount to book.
You must contact misswaichung@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.
* Wai Chung Yoga reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances/emergencies. In the case of the Euro exchange rate dramatic changes affecting the running cost of the Yoga holiday. Or terrorism and other danger to participants or the organiser; in these cases of cancellation by Wai Chung Yoga the handling fee of paypal will be deducted before refunds. This would be 3% of the cost.
* Wai Chung Yoga reserves the right to cancel or amend the program for the retreat.
- Any payments paid for excursions are non refundable once paid. In the event of the excursion/event not running excursion fees will be refunded.
