Understand the yoga philosophy of Sthira and Sukha: Steadiness and Ease as you learn how to build a balancing posture safely and be able to sustain your practice.
We will explore and refine balancing postures including: Natrasana/Dancers pose, Warriors/Virabhadrasana, Adho Mukha Vrksasana/Handstand, Garudasana/Eagle pose and Vrksasana/Tree pose.
Get ready for the summer with a fun, creative workshop with pair work. learn correct alignments and tips on how to!
Using yoga philosophy from the yoga sutras; entwined through the workshop to get to the core so you can live with more freedom on and off the yoga mat!
