The Yoga Courses provides a systematic practise of yoga postures, breathing exercises, theory, guided relaxation and transforming into stillness meditation. You gradually build a stronger foundation as you deepen the benefits of practise. Yoga provides the tools for your inner cultivation and development. Wai’s extensive experience and knowledge of Yoga comes from over 15 years of personal experience, training with various teachers and maintaining professional standards with The British Wheel of Yoga, CIMPSA & REPS (Registered Exercise Professionals).

Drop In class dates: 22 June, 17 August 2017
Price £12 will go towards your course if you decide to join the course on the same night.
We can only accept drop in on these dates, due the courses are designed as a progression and you may be confused by joining mid course.
Limited space, booking required: Your space is only confirmed when payment is received, your payment screen is your receipt and an email will be sent to you with the next course outline.
- Extra 3% fee is charged for card payments online for PayPal fees.
- No money is dealt with in class, you must book your place by online payment and bring receipt to register before class starts.
- No refund for missed classes, please pin dates in your diary and prioritise these dates.
- It takes at least 12 weeks to build and sustain a new habit, trust that you deserve good health and just allow it!

Parking: Free parking on Abbotts Way, or bicycles can be locked outside the Pavilion. Please walk down the path with bikes.
Bring: A yoga mat. We suggest minimum 4mm thickness yoga mats. Bring x2 yoga mats or a thicker one if you need extra cushioning for the knees.
Optional bring: A blanket for under the knees and to stay warm in relaxation, Cushion and Iyengar yoga strap with metal buckle.
Provided at the venue: Yoga blocks, straps, toilet, changing facilities, kitchen for water.
Missing Class: You get what you put into the yoga journey with us, and we hope you build a strong foundation of a healthy habit that continues for the future. Unless it is an emergency we recommend that you attend all the class’s, this ensures a smooth progress in your practice. Check your diary and protect your precious Thursday yoga and give time to yourself. If you miss a class, it is not refundable. An email or phone message to inform that you can not make it to class is appreciated. You can book a 1-to-1 or Skype session and a discount is given or we suggest you at least practice at home once that week.

I have never learnt yoga before and this course seems to be a great place to start with.
