What people say about Yoga with Wai Chung Yoga:
Rikki Prince, Southampton UK
“There is an aspect of running improvement that requires greater flexibility. Stretching is the only way to do this, and yoga is a great way to add this to your training. Changes are not immediate, but even over a 10 week course I saw improvements. I was also impressed by how relaxing the sessions are, which is great after a hard week’s work.”
Katie Plant, Southampton UK
Wai’s Yoga class is wonderful. I always leave the class feeling relaxed and noticeably less tense in both my muscles and my mind. The class is friendly and encouraging. After running the ‘BathHalf’ this year I was aching all over, but after the Wednesday night class my legs felt as good as new. Wai isn’t like some instructors that think everyone should be able to bend in half, she really understands and appreciates how individual people are in terms of their flexibility and injuries. I never feel any pressure and therefore can just enjoy the practice. Whether you are a runner or not, I would highly recommend this class.
Tamsyn Smith, Southampton UK
“Yoga with Wai has really helped to ease my tight muscles as well as giving me the opportunity to relax after a busy day. I’ve recommended this yoga class to all of my colleagues at Lordshill Road Runners and will continue to do so. If I had enough time, I’d like to practice yoga with Wai every day!”
Audrey Ng – University of Southampton
I have never learnt yoga before and this course seems to be a great place to start with. I don’t have to worry about how I look and compare myself to others in class since we are all beginners, we are always given easier versions to choose from and steps are easy to follow. It really helps me to release stress and to be more flexible. I would recommend yoga with Wai. Thanks Wai 🙂
