After your treatment:
For maximum benefit from the treatment, it is advised that you rest afterwards; this helps your body’s natural healing process. Drink plenty of water over the next few days to help flush away toxins.
You may experience aches and pain after the treatment as some parts of Thai massage is like a relaxed form of yoga stretching which could wake up muscles or body systems which has not been used for a while.
