Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment. It’s living here and now. Through mindfulness, you are freed from becoming entangled in thoughts of your past, and you are freed from worrying about the future. In the here and now, everything just is…and there is great peace in that.
Cultivating mindfulness is the key to overcoming suffering and recognizing this natural wisdom: both our own and others.
But how to stay in touch with this moment, especially when your mind keeps running away from you like it so often does? If mindfulness is a new idea to you, then it might seem a little daunting to try and keep your attention fixed in the present moment.
We provide courses, as well as bespoke workshops at your office or studio. A bespoke program to suit the audience is designed to your request and needs. The main focus for Mindfulness & Meditation Level 1; will be using the 5 senses as a gateway to experience cultivating the inner alchemy of living Mindfully. The exercises are designed to enable participants to incorporate them into your daily lives, so each person can experience a fuller and more present life.
Please note: there is minimal physical exercise, chair and floor seating are both encouraged.
A hand out to take home is provided each week, with an audio to use at home.
Some courses also have an optional one ‘Day Retreat’ in the New Forest or in nature within 1 hour of the teaching location; this allows the group to be away from the day to day disturbances, in order to truly give yourself space to deepen the skills you have learnt. The cost is extra.

The 5 week course introduce Mindfulness & Meditation for Beginners:
-We will use the 5 senses as the gateway to the inner Being
-Stillness will give space for Self inquiry
-Sitting starts with 5 minutes, building up to 15 minutes over the 5 weeks
-Seated and walking meditation will be used
-Breath work, anchoring and relaxation techniques will be used
-Silence is the background and opportunity for unfolding or simply Being
-Recordings and references will be used to support the opening of each session
-Sharing, Q & A will be at the end
-Bring a meditation journal and pen, bring a cushion or seating.
Some cushions, chairs and blocks are available for you to choose to sit. This will be explained on the first session.
Blankets are available. Bring you own if you prefer.
